How to Make Key Lime Pie Cocktail

We’ve turned the classic citrus dessert into a mouthwatering cocktail that’s finished with a dollop of Marshmallow Fluff.

Ingredients

¼ cup heavy cream
2 Tbs. Marshmallow Fluff
½ tsp. grated Key lime zest
¾ cup lime sorbet
¼ cup chilled citrus vodka
1 cup cold lime seltzer
Key lime zest, Key lime wedges and mint (optional)

Instructions

In bowl, stir cream and Marshmallow Fluff until mixture is smooth; whisk until soft peaks form. Stir in zest. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Just before serving, in blender, combine sorbet and vodka. Cover; blend until smooth. Divide evenly between 2 glasses; top each with ½ cup lime seltzer. Dollop Fluff mixture over each. If desired, garnish with lime zest, wedges and mint.
